There will be two retreats held at Byron Bay in 2013, an introductory six night retreat in November, and a September eight night event with extra inclusions. We will be catching the beginning of the warm season at the famous beaches of Bryon Bay in Northern NSW, with participants spending over a week in the sun and surf at one of the most beautiful locations in Australia.

The six night retreat includes a three day juice fast and one massage with optional colonic hydrotherapy sessions, whereas the eight night retreat takes us deeper into the detoxification process, and includes a five day juice and superfood smoothie fast, two colonic hydrotherapy sessions and two Ka-huna massages with our amazing healers.  Both retreats feature in-depth lectures, one of Australia’s leading raw food chef’s Cat Cannizzaro from WildRaw preparing delicious raw gourmet food for us and leading food preparation classes, and the opportunity to explore the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing.

If you go to a health retreat in Byron Bay, chances are it is being held at Tallow Beach Houses – and this is where we will be staying for both of our retreats. Set in a private 30 acre nature sanctuary, Tallows enjoys 630m of amazing beachfront, with cycling tracks, tennis court, sauna, and that refreshing dip in the ocean only steps away!

Accommodation will be in either newly renovated private rooms with ensuite for couples, and for singles, the older style two bedroom – one (shared) bathroom cottages with large outdoor decks, some overlooking a lake and all with the soothing sounds of the surf to fall to sleep by.  Tallows enjoys one of the most relaxed atmosphere’s of any of our retreats, being situated in the most beautiful natural setting.

Please note that there is no swimming pool or spa at Tallows – swimming is in the mangificent ocean!
